This is a hilarious take on what the deep South is like when they get a "snow storm." The funniest part is that this isn't far from the truth. I remember when a bunch of friends and I travelled to Tampa Bay for a Packers game in December. They were in the middle of a really bad cold snap, where the temperatures dropped into the 50s at night. Being from Wisconsin, the most we needed to do was maybe put on a sweatshirt. Meanwhile, the native Floridians were walking around in parkas. And both sides kept staring at the other, wondering what planet they were from.
